9. Controls for do-not-track features
Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage, no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you in a revised version of this Privacy Notice.

We only collect sensitive personal information, as defined by applicable privacy laws, for the purposes allowed by law or with your consent. We do not collect or process sensitive personal information for the purpose of inferring characteristics about you. We have not disclosed, sold, or shared any personal information to third parties for a business or commercial purpose in the preceding twelve (12) months, and we will not sell or share personal information of website visitors, users, and other consumers in the future.

RXPMI, Inc. operates an SMS text messaging program to communicate with users regarding our Services, including medication information updates, account-related notifications, and service alerts.
Opt-in
By providing your telephone number and submitting a form on our website, you expressly consent to receive SMS text messages from RXPMI, Inc. at the number provided. Your consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your activity and interactions with our Services. You may receive up to 30 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
Opt-out
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent unless you re-enroll. To re-enroll, reply START or submit your number again through our website.

For assistance, reply HELP to any SMS message or contact us at info@rxpmi.ai. We support all major U.S. carriers. Carrier support for short code SMS is not guaranteed. RXPMI, Inc. and your mobile carrier are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
